2. Status Meaning
PendingRequest was received and is waiting for review.
In ReviewManagement/admins are reviewing identity, scope, and records.
CompletedRequest was completed, fulfilled, or closed.
Denied / RetainedSome or all records could not be deleted or changed due to retention, legal, operational, audit, safety, payroll, investigation, or business needs.
