California Privacy Rights

This page describes privacy request options available through VILA Ops for California users, employees, former employees, or authorized representatives where applicable.
1. Available Request Types
- Request My Data / Access
- Correct My Information
- Delete My Information, subject to retention exceptions
- Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
- Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information where applicable
- Authorized Agent Request

- Accessibility or accommodation-related website help
2. Employee and Operational Records
Because VILA Ops is an internal work system, some information may be retained for payroll support, HR records, safety documentation, device/asset history, route operations, Amazon/DSP operations, investigations, audit, legal defense, contractual requirements, security, or business recordkeeping. A deletion request may result in access restriction, archival, anonymization, or partial deletion rather than full deletion of all records.
3. Authorized Agent Requests
A user may request that an authorized representative submit a privacy request. The company may require enough information to verify the user, verify the agent’s authority, and protect the account from unauthorized disclosure.
4. Global Privacy Control
If a browser Global Privacy Control signal is detected, the portal is designed to treat it as an opt-out from non-essential sale/share-style tracking where applicable. Necessary login, security, and operational technologies may still be used.
5. No Retaliation / No Discrimination
Users will not be retaliated against for submitting privacy requests through the portal. Operational access may still be limited where required by account status, employment status, authorization, security, investigation, safety, or legitimate business requirements.
6. Submit or Track a Request
Use the Contact/Privacy Request page to submit a request or the Request Status page to review pending items when logged in.
